The aim of this research was to identify the relationship between organizational silence and career plateau of office staff with the mediating role of managerial supervision in the judiciary of Tehran province. The statistical population of the study included all office staff of the branches of judicial complexes in Tehran province, numbering 6,000 people. The sample size was 361, according to Morgan's table. The "cluster sampling" method used to select the sample individuals. Data were collected through three standard questionnaires of Van Dyne's Organizational Silence (2003), Bardwick's Career Plateau (1986) And Supervision and Control of Anthony et al (1989). The obtained data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression tests. The results of testing the research hypotheses showed: There is a positive and significant correlation between organizational silence and career plateau of the office staff and the variable of organizational silence can explain 25.5% of the changes in the variable of career plateau; There is no significant correlation between managerial supervision and career plateau of the office staff, and the managerial supervision variable can explain 0.6% of the changes in the career plateau variable, which is a very small amount; There is a significant negative correlation between organizational silence of administrative staff and managerial supervision and the effect of mediator variable (managerial supervision) on the relationship between the two variables of organizational silence and career plateau is not significant
