fa پیشگیری از تروریسم از طریق مبارزه با تأمین منابع مالی حقوق کیفری و جرم شناسی Criminal Law گردآوری و مروری Revision & Collection <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تروریسم عملی مجرمانه است که ناقض حقوق بشر بوده، همواره متضمن تعدی به حقوق انسان‌ها است. با توجه به میزان بالای وقوع این دسته از اقدامات در سطح جهان و نقض گسترده موازین حقوق بشر، مقابله با تروریسم اهمیت فراوانی دارد. وجود منابع مالی از ارکان اساسی وقوع تروریسم است و اهمیت فراوان منابع مالی در ایجاد و بقای سازمان‌های تروریستی، موجبات استفاده از تدابیر پیشگیرانه در رابطه با ابزارهای مالی مورد توجه تروریست&shy;ها را فراهم می‌کند. تأمین مالی از مقدماتی است که برای تحقق تروریسم ضروری می&shy;نماید و بدون وجود بودجه&shy;های لازم گروه&shy;های تروریستی توان اجرایی کردن اهداف نامشروع خود را ندارند. اهمیت این مؤلفه به اندازه&shy;ای است که گروه‌های تروریستی فعالیت&shy;های متعددی را در راستای تأمین بودجه&shy; انجام می&shy;دهند. با توجه به اساسی بودن نقش منابع مالی در وقوع تروریسم، این منابع نقش تعیین‌کننده&shy;ای در مبارزه با تروریسم ایفا می&shy;کنند و می&shy;توان با تنظیم تدابیر پیشگیرانه بر این رکن مهم، از طریق ایجاد مانع در مسیر تأمین مالی تروریست‌ها، امر مهم پیشگیری و کاهش تروریسم را به طور موفقیت&shy;آمیزی انجام داد. لذا اقدامات پیشگیرانه در قالب تدابیر بانکی و غیربانکی و مقابله با تأمین مالی تروریسم به مقابله با تروریسم می‌انجامد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Terrorism is an offensive action which violates human rights and always invades to people&rsquo;s rights. Given the high incidence of this type of global action and the widespread violations of human rights and peace and security, countering terrorism will be important.
