fa نقش سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد در حمایت از بزه‌دیدگان با تأکید بر کودکانِ بزه‌دیده حقوق کیفری و جرم شناسی Criminal Law گردآوری و مروری Revision & Collection <span dir="RTL">هنگامی‌که دولت با همه&shy;ی نیروهای خود به همراه جامعه&shy;ی مدنی در چارچوب یک سیاست جنایی مشارکتی درراه حمایت از بزه</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">دیدگان گام برمی</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">دارد، چهره&shy;ای از یک الگوی فراگیر و مطلوب به نام حمایت اجتماعی به تصویر کشیده می‌شود. حمایت اجتماعی بیش از هر چیز از رهگذر فعالیت انجمن&shy;ها و نهادهای جامعو‌ی جامه&shy; عمل می&shy;پوشد. این حمایت‌ها که از جانب سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد صورت می‌گیرد را می‌توان در غالب دودسته تقسیم‌بندی کرد نخست حمایت‌های پزشکی- اجتماعی از کودکان بزه&shy;دیده و دو حمایت‌های حقوقی از آنان است. </span><span dir="RTL">از منظر جرمشناسی</span> <span dir="RTL">، کودکان و نوجوانان باید حمایت شوند و توجه خاصی نسبت به آنها، به دلیل شرایط خاص و استثنایی ای که حاکم بر آنها هست، صورت گیرد.</span> <span dir="RTL">در این میان پرسشی که وجود دارد این است که مطابق با ماده ۶۶ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری آیا سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد فقط اعلام&shy;کننده جرم هستند یا می‌توانند شاکی هم باشند؟ در این پژوهش، ضمن تشریح حمایت&shy;های پزشکی_اجتماعی و حقوقی، با استدلال در راستای پاسخ به سؤال فوق این نتیجه به دست آمد که ظاهر مبهم و قابل تفسیر ماده ۶۶ درواقع در مقام بیان این امر بوده که سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد، شاکیِ جرائم واقع‌شده در حیطه مقررات این ماده هستند</span> When the government, with all its forces along with civil society, is taking part in a collaborative criminal policy in support of the victim, it is portrayed as an inclusive and desirable pattern of social support. Social support works more than anything else through community-based activities. These supports from Non-Governmental Organizations can be divided into two categories: First, medical-social support that is provided to victimized children, and second, legal protection of them. From the perspective of criminology, children and adolescents must be supported and paid special attention to them, due to the special circumstances that govern them. In the meantime, there is a question that, according to Section 66 of the Criminal Procedure Act, are the NGOs only declaring a crime or can they be the <u>paintiff</u>?
