fa بررسی روانشناختی جامعه شناختی تروریسم انتحار ی حقوق کیفری و جرم شناسی Criminal Law تحقیقات بنیادی یا نظری Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یکی از چالش‌های اساسی امروز، به‌ویژه در کشورهای درگیر در ناآرامی‌های داخلی، اقدامات تروریستی انتحاری است که هراس را به گونۀ گسترده‌ای در جوامع انسانی پراکنده است. در کنار پاسخ‌های سیاسی و حقوقی به این پدیدۀ اجتماعی، یکی از راهکارهای پیشگیرانه، تحلیل شخصیتی مرتکبین این اقدامات است. بی‌تردید رسیدن به این شناخت می‌تواند در پیشگیری از این اقدامات مؤثر باشد. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی برخی از شاخص‌های فردی و اجتماعی در اقدامات تروریستی انتحاری، سعی بر آن دارد تا به یک نیم‌رخی از مرتکبین این اقدامات دست یابد. در راستای سیاست مدیریت خطر ارتکاب جرم، این شناخت می‌تواند ما را در اعمال کنترل‌های اجتماعی و حقوقی بیشتر بر مرتکبین بالقوۀ اقدامات انتحاری کمک نموده و در نهایت کاهش این اقدامات را موجب گردد. پژوهش حاضر پس از بررسی ویژگی‌های شخصی و اجتماعی مرتکبین اقدامات انتحاری به ما نشان خواهد داد که برخلاف برداشت‌های عامیانه، ترویسم انتحاری رابطۀ مستقیم معناداری با هیچ‌کدام از اندیشه‌ها یا گرایش‌ها سیاسی یا مذهبی ندارد.</span></span></div> One of the principal challenges now days, especially in the countries which are engaged in inland riots, is suicide attack which spreads fear broadly in human societies. More than the legal and political reactions to this social phenomenon, one of the preventive ways, is to analyze the suicide terrorists personally. No doubt, achievement to this understanding can be influential in preventing these kinds of actions. Considering some of these personal and social criteria in suicide terrorism attacks, the present article tries to achieve to a profile of suicide terrorists. In line with the policy of risk management of crime, this understanding may help us in more social and legal controls over the potential suicide attackers and finally in decreasing such kind of actions.
