fa ابتکار دادستان دیوان کیفری بین المللی برای آغاز تحقیقات حقوق کیفری و جرم شناسی Criminal Law تحقیقات بنیادی یا نظری Research هدف اصلی از تاسیس دیوان کیفری بین&shy; المللی تحقیق و تعقیب مرتکبان جنایات بین المللی است تا این افراد بی&shy;کیفر باقی نمانند. برای تحقق این امر دادستان دیوان وظیفه خطیری دارد. انتخاب وضعیت و آغاز تحقیقات و بررسی اولیه آن با توجه به گزارشات، اسناد، قرائن و شواهد صورت می&shy;گیرد. در این مرحله دادستان باید وجود مبنای معقول را احراز نماید و در آن صورت است که شعبه مقدماتی با اعمال نظارت قضایی خود نسبت به انجام تحقیقات جامع و تعقیب مرتکبان تصمیم خواهد گرفت.<br> این تحقیق در پی تجزیه و تحلیل ابتکار آغاز تحقیقات دادستان دیوان&shy;کیفری بین&shy;المللی است. بدین منظور برخی از مسائل مرتبط با تحقیق در پرتو مقررات اساسنامه دیوان و رویه عملی آن مورد ارزیابی قرار خواهد گرفت.<br> &nbsp; The main purpose of the establishment of the International Criminal Court is to investigate and prosecute international perpetrators of crimes, so that these individuals are not left without bureaucracy. To accomplish this, the Prosecutor of the Court has a tremendous duty. Selection of the situation and initiation of its research and its initial review is done according to reports, documents, evidence and evidence.
