fa رویکرد حقوقی دولت‌های حوزه خلیج فارس نسبت به شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار محیط زیست دریایی با تاکید بر حقوق بین الملل محیط زیست حقوق محیط زیست پژوهش كاربردي Applicable Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">اکوسیستم با ارزش خلیج‌فارس یکی از پرترددترین آبراه‌ها محسوب می‌شود. بسته‌بودن محیط ‌زیست خلیج‌فارس،<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">^{^{<span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">[1]</span></span>}}</a> عبور نفت‌کش‌ها و بهره‌برداری بیش‌از استاندارد جهانی، موقعیت زیست‌محیطی این خلیج را به‌خطر انداخته است<a name="_Hlk52534255">.</a></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"> شایان ذکر است </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">یکی از اهداف حقوق بین‌الملل محیط‌زیست، حفاظت از محیط ‌زیست و موضوع آن، پیشگیری از آلودگی محیط ‌زیست است؛ ازاین‌رو از توسعه ‌پایدار می‌توان به‌عنوان شالوده و سنگ‌بنای حقوق بین‌الملل محیط ‌زیست و ابزاری برای ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ امروزی و سرمایه‌گذاری در آیندﻩ، یاد کرد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"> مسئله این ‌است که رویکرد حقوقی دولت‌های حوزه خلیج‌فارس در پایداری توسعه محیط ‌زیست دریایی با تأسی از حقوق بین‌الملل محیط ‌زیست چگونه است؟ این مقاله به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از طریق ابزار کتابخانه‌ای، با هدف بررسی رویکرد حقوقی کشورهای حوزه خلیج ‌فارس نسبت به توسعه ‌پایدار محیط ‌زیست دریایی از منظر سند2030<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title="">^{^{<span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">[2]</span></span>}}</a> به مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و محیطی می‌پردازد.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">یافته تحقیق آن است که ناهمگنی و عدم اتحاد در تدوین قوانین مشترک از سوی کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و کمتر توسعه‌یافته حوزه خلیج ‌فارس، سرعت دست‌یابی به توسعه ‌پایدار محیط ‌زیست دریایی را کاهش داده و علی‌القاعده راهکار این معضل با تدوین قانون واحد و سیاست‌گذاری‌های غیرتبعیض‌آمیز یکپارچه و تنها با ایفای نقش بهینه هر هشت کشور در تعامل و اتحاد با یکدیگر، میسر و مقدور خواهد بود</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">واژگان کلیدی:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">شاخص‌های<b> </b>توسعه‌پایدار، حقوق بین‌الملل محیط‌زیست، محیط ‌زیست دریایی، خلیج فارس، دستور کار2030.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div><div id="ftn1"></div></div> <div><div id="ftn1"></div> <div id="ftn2"><span dir="RTL"></span></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"></span><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span garamond="" style="font-family:">The valuable ecosystem of the Persian Gulf is one of the busiest waterways. The closure of the Persian Gulf environment, the passage of tankers and the over-exploitation of international standards, have endangered the environmental status of the Gulf. it is worth mentioning that one of the goals of international environmental law is the protection of the environment and its subject is the prevention of environmental pollution;&nbsp; Thus, sustainable development can be considered as the foundation of international environmental law and a tool for current management and future investment. The question is what is the legal approach of the Gulf states in the sustainability of marine environmental development based on international environmental law</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">?</span></span><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span garamond="" style="font-family:">This article is based on the descriptive-analytical method and through library tools aiming to examine the legal approach of the Persian Gulf countries to the sustainable development of the marine environment from the perspective of the document 2030 to social, economic and environmental indicators.
