fa نظریۀ تبعیت در اعمال حقوقی حقوق خصوصی Pivate Law تحقیقات بنیادی یا نظری Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">&nbsp; در این مقاله سعی شده است تا مصادیق تبعیت در حقوق خصوصی مشخص گردد. در تلاش برای تحقق این هدف، مصادیق متعددی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته است. هر یک از این مصادیق به دلیل وجود نوعی رابطه تبعیت بین عناصر مختلف رابطه مورد بررسی، به عنوان مصادیق تبعیت احصاء شده اند. برای مثال، در رابطه کارگر و کارفرما، یک طرف رابطه، یعنی کارگر از طرف دیگر رابطه یعنی کارفرما تبعیت حقوقی دارد. از سوی دیگر در عقود تبعی، به عنوان یکی از مصادیق تبعیت در حقوق خصوصی، انعقاد، اجرا و انحلال عقد تبعی از تعهد پایه تبعیت می نماید. در سایر مصادیق تبعیت در حقوق خصوصی نیز چنین وضعیتی قابل مشاهده است.</p> <p>&nbsp; It is essayed in this article to determine the cases of accessorily in private law. In this effort, numerous cases have been determined. Each of these cases has been considered as the case of accessorily, because of some accessorial relationship between its elements. For example, in employment relationship, one the parties (namely employee) has the juristic subordination from other party (namely employer). In other hand, in accessory contracts, as one of the accessorily cases in private law, the conclusion, effects and dissolution of the contract based on the basic obligation.
