fa جرائم شرکتی از دیدگاه جرم شناختی حقوق خصوصی Pivate Law تحقیقات بنیادی یا نظری Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">&nbsp; جرم شرکتی، اصطلاحی بسیار فراگیر، کلی و در بردارنده گستره ای وسیع از جرائم، با شیوه های ارتکاب، مرتکبین، آثار و قربانیان متفاوت است. امّا با وجود این درجه از اهمیت و حساسیت، جرائم مذکور، همواره در حاشیه توجهات جرم شناسانه قرار گرفته و قسمت اعظم مطالعات و نظریات جرم شناختی و کار دادگاه ها به مطالعه و رسیدگی به جرائم خشونت بار یا خیابانی اختصاص یافته است. مبارزه با جرم شرکتی (که از انواع جرائم یقه سفیدی است)، مستلزم شناخت ویژگی ها و زوایای مختلف این نوع خاص از پدیده بزهکاری است که در پرتو مطالعات جرم شناسانه تخصصی در این زمینه، امکان پذیر می گردد. نوشتار حاضر، به طور اختصاری به بررسی مهم ترین ویژگی های جرائم یقه سفیدها و جرائم شرکتی، به عنوان یکی از زیرمجموعه های آن، وجوه مشترک و تمایزات آن ها، تفاوت هایشان با جرائم خیابانی، و نیز بررسی مصادیق جرائم شرکتی در قوانین ایران، از منظری جرم شناسانه اختصاص دارد.</p> <p>&nbsp; Corporate crime is an extra pervasive and general term, including a broad spectrum of crimes. In spite of the importance and sensitivity, these crimes, has always been in the margin of the criminological considerations and the most criminological studies, theories and courts functions has devoted to violent or street crimes. Combating against corporate crime (as one type of the white collar crimes), requires the recognition of specifications and different aspects of this kind of criminal phenomenon that can be possible under the protection of criminological studies in this field. The present article is devoted to the most important characteristics of white collar and corporate crimes, as one of its subsets, their similarities and distinctions, differences with street crimes, and the study of the examples of corporate crimes in Iran&rsquo;s laws, from a criminological viewpoint.</p> جرم شرکتی, جرم یقه سفیدی, جرم خیابانی.
