fa حمایت از حق مؤلف در فضای سایبر در حقوق ملی و اسناد بین‌المللی <p align="justify">&nbsp; <span 11.5pt="" b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-bidi-language:="" style="font-family: ">با توسعه‌ی روز</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA" style="font-size: 11.5pt mso-bidi-language: FA"><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></span><span 11.5pt="" b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-bidi-language:="" style="font-family: ">افزون فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ورود به عصر دیجیتال، اجرای قواعد مربوط به حق مؤلف با چالش جدی مواجه شده، به طوری که در بسیاری از موارد حمایت از پدیدآورندگان آثار دیجیتالی از یک طرف و حمایت از آثار ادبی و هنری در فضای مجازی و اجرای آثار مشمولِ حق مؤلف در این فضا از طرف دیگر مورد تردید قرار گرفته است. البته تلاش‌هایی ملی و بین ‌المللی در جهت حمایت از حق مؤلف در محیط دیجیتال صورت گرفته که در این مقاله به بررسی آن‌ها می‌پردازیم. با توجه به نقش اساسی تأمین‌کنندگان خدمات ارتباطی در مبادله و جریان داده‌ها در فضای اینترنت، به بررسی وضعیت موارد عدم ‌مسئولیت این دسته از فعالان ارتباطات الکترونیکی در اسناد بین‌المللی و قوانین ملی برخی کشورها و حقوق ایران خواهیم پرداخت.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <p align="justify">&nbsp; <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span b="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font size="3">Development of information technology and entrance to digital millennium confronted Copyright system with some serious challenges so that in some cases, protection of creators of digital works and protection of artistic and literary works in digital and cyber space and performance of this works in that space is in doubt.
