fa جایگاه بزه دیده در تحقیقات مقدماتی حقوق کیفری و جرم شناسی Criminal Law پژوهش كاربردي Applicable Research <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تکریم بزه دیده در نظام دادرسی اتهامی و تضعیف&nbsp; و فراموشی آن در نظام تفتیشی و امرزوه به عنوان یک ضلع مقدس مثلث جرم،از جمله تحولات جایگاهی &nbsp;است که بزه دیده در فرایند دادرسی کیفری به خود دیده است.ضرورت های دادرسی عادلانه به سهم خود موجب تولد و استحکام حقوق بنیادی طرفین دعوای کیفری در این فرایند گردید، هر چند این رشد و توسعه نسبت به بزه دیده چندان سریع و آسان نبود.قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری مصوب 1392، بر اساس یک منطق موجه،رئوس کلی دادرسی عادلانه را در فصل اول این قانون و طی مواد 2 تا 7 مطرح و ضمن همین مواد و نیز در ادامه از جمله در مرحله تحقیقات مقدماتی،حقوق مختلف بزه دیده را به رسمیت شناخت و به مناسب تضمیناتی برای آن پیش بینی نمود.دسته بندی و تحلیل این حقوق در مرحله تحقیقات مقدماتی موضوع مقاله حاضر را تشکیل داده است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p>Victims respect as the Holy One side of the triangle offense, including developments in a situation where the victim is seen in the process of criminal justice<span dir="RTL">.</span> Necessity fair trial resulted in the birth and consolidation of fundamental rights of the parties in the criminal case was this process, although this growth and development than the victim was not very quick and easy. Code of Criminal Procedure, the law outlines a fair trial in the first quarter and the same material, the rights of victims to be recognized and the appropriate guarantees for forecasting.
