تلاش،</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA" style="font-size: 13pt line-height: 115%"><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 13pt line-height: 115%">کوشش و تراوشهای فکری تاجر باشند می توانند در نظام حقوقی مالکیت فکری مورد مطالعه قرار بگیرند. این مقاله بر آن است تا با تعیین چارچوب حق کسب یا پیشه یا تجارت موضوع قانون روابط موجر و مستاجر مصوب 1356 و حق سرقفلی موضوع قانون روابط موجر</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA" style="font-size: 13pt line-height:
