God is the source of creation, the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful. The divine soul has two creational and legislative wills; the result of the creational will is creation, and the result of the legislative will is judgment. Each of the two wills has a meaning; the meaning of the sentence is determined by the lawfulness of the objects and actions of man, and what God has made of the status quo and what the present has assigned to the obligatory sentence. The state sentence expresses the credit status of things from the point of view of divine law, and the obligatory sentence deals with the clearance of actions and the abandonment of human actions or their obligation and preference, but all situational rules and duties arising from the legislative will are meaningfully suspended.
